Store Pickup FAQ
When can I expect my order to be available for pickup?
Typically, your order will be available for pickup within 2 hours of your purchase.
However, if you place an order within 2 hours of the store closing or after store hours, it will be ready for pickup on the next business day. Please note that pick up times may vary during holidays and store closures.
Make sure to wait for the pickup notification email before coming to the store.

For how long will you keep my order?
Your order will be kept for 10 days, during which we'll send:
- An email reminder after 2 days
- A final reminder after 6 days
If there's no response within 10 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
Which forms of payment are acceptable?
We exclusively accept credit cards and gift cards for in-store pickup orders, and all orders are subject to thorough verification.
Who has the authorization to collect my order?
Currently, the only individual authorized to retrieve the order is the one who made the purchase.
